วันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2562 ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 9 ร่วมกับ กรมอนามัย และสสจ.ชัยภูมิ ร่วมเยี่ยมเสริมพลังชุมชนนามน หมู่ 3 ตำบลศรีสำราญ ซึ่งเป็นชุมชนที่มีการเชื่อมโยงกับ GREEN and CLEAN Hospital โรงพยาบาลคอนสวรรค์ จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ในการประกวดนวัตกรรม GREEN and CLEAN Hospital ระดับประเทศ เรื่อง “จากเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาล สู่ชุมชนอาหารปลอดภัย เพื่อไทคอนสวรรค์”
จากการเป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนแปลงใหญ่กลุ่มทำนาประณีต ข้าวอินทรีย์ศรีสำราญ ก้าวสู่เกษตรอินทรีย์ปลอดสารพิษที่ได้มาตรฐาน GAP ส่งออกให้โรงพยาบาลคอนสวรรค์ และโรงพยาบาลใกล้เคียง นอกจากนี้ิ ยังมีแปลงผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์คัดและพันธ์ุหลัก โรงเพาะชำ ศูนย์จัดการศัตรูพืชชุมชน ธนาคารปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ การสาธิตเลี้ยงปลาดุก การเลี้ยงกบ การทำน้ำหมักชีวภาพ
ทั้งนี้ได้รับการต้อนรับ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้จากชุมชน เครือข่าย ไม่ว่าจะเป็น นายอำเภอ ปศุสัตว์ เกษตร โรงเรียน อปท. ฯลฯ เป็นอย่างดียิ่ง
